We supply premium forged cookware for high-end European and American brands, redefining the traditional multi-step manufacturing process. By utilizing large-tonnage forging equipment combined with one-step forming Technology, the aluminum disc and magnetic stainless steel disc (induction bottom) are synchronously forged under ultra-high pressure to form the cookware body in a single process.

This technology eliminates impurity that may caused by secondary processing and prevents the induction bottom from loosening after long-term use.

Technical Overview:

To meet the European and American market demand for induction-compatible cookware with thicker bottoms, thinner walls, higher durability, and superior thermal efficiency, we developed a 3003/1050/430 triple-layer gradient composite induction bottom system.

Unlike conventional riveted induction bottom, this structure adopts a “high-temperature solid-state bonding” process. After heating, the three metal layers are compressed and bonded by using a large-tonnage electric screw press, achieving seamless metallurgical bonding at the atomic level.

The bottom layer 3003 aluminum alloy layer provides anti-creep structural strength.

The middle layer 1050 pure aluminum layer acts as a high-speed heat conduction channel.

Technical Overview:

For Special-Shaped cookware such as square, oval, and polygonal pans, we independently developed an automatic irregular edge-trimming workstation. Through a mechanical follow-up cutting system combined with CNC motion control, excess flash and burrs can be automatically removed with 360° precision in a single process, replacing traditional manual grinding.
